Dear Justin,
First and foremost, thank you for your ability to get it all done. Our wedding was more fantastic by the service you provided. Your personal professionalism and graciousness made working with you very easy. We really appreciate your ability to adapt and accommodate changes. I don’t think I heard one “No,” so thank you for your can do attitude. You made everything smoother and easier, so thank you for being a source of stress reduction. The entire staff was pleasant, prompt and hardworking, thank you for having great judgment. The food was delicious with generous portions, thank you for not making us have to choose between. There was no disappointment: Every promise was fulfilled.

I would like to mention Giovanni and Justin Leick especially as they went above and beyond the call of duty. It is hard to find people like that.

Justin, you’re the best. What a beautiful room, your staff was terrific, the food was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Friends of ours were there and I believe met with you later to book their son’s wedding next fall. I hope we didn’t overstay our welcome; the DJ seemed to be having fun as well. Thanks again. Hello Justin, Alex, Jesse, Rachel and Connie;
 
First let me say, I can not thank you all enough for everything you did to make Jacob's and my wedding day an amazing, memorable, "fairytail" wedding.  You were all an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't summarize in words the exceptional reviews I've gotten from our guests.
 
Justin and Alex, please see my Aunt Connie's (florist) email below and respond directly to her at conniemanny@comcast.net regarding your response.
 
Finally, I don't know if this would ever come up, or if you would chose to use Jacob or I, but we would be honored to act as a reference for your services if needed in the future.  I can assure you an outstanding review.

Hey there Justin...

You beat me to it, but I was going to contact you to let you know that the Wild Rose Class of 69 had a fabulous time!!! Everyone loved the facility, the food, the helpful staff and the fact that you let us stay much longer than we had expected to stay.

Classmates are still e-mailing me to let me know what a great time they had, and that wouldn't have been the case if they didn't like the food or the surroundings. It was perfect! Plus, on top of that, we,as a group, had so much fun! Lots of laughter. Too bad you were elbow deep in dishwater, you could have joined us for the chicken dance! HA!

Believe me, when I do need a great place to set up for a party, I will definitely have you and the Ale at the top of the list. You have been more than accommodating and I appreciate your commitment to making our evenings (both times) so perfect. By the way, the veggies were excellent, well so was everything else. The beef received lots of compliments! Good suggestion.

I take it we made our bar bill quota? Heidi was very kind about keeping me informed when I asked her.

I'm sure that I will see you when we come to eat...but until then, keep up the great attitude and great success.

Gentlemen:
We recently hosted our son's wedding at your Waupaca Ale House facility and I need to let you know about our experience. We were extremely impressed with your entire staff during the planning stages and throughout our event and clean-up. I have a Wedding Planning business and this has been the easiest facility and group of people I have ever worked with by far.
Krista Walter, Mary Schumacher and later Shelly Angsten were full of fabulous ideas and were always willing to listen to and help me realize ours. They all pitched in the day of the wedding to make sure the dining room was the vision we had planned. One of our guests was a former manager and owner of several banquet facilities over the years. He made it a point to tell me that he was extremely impressed with the serving staff. In his words...you didn't even notice them serving the food it was so flawlessly done. Also the clean up of the tables and clearing of the dance floor was so fast and unobtrusive ... literally within 10 minutes!!
Kudos to your trainers ... they have done their jobs well.
Justin Leick, your bar manager was a real pleasure. The entire week before the wedding...everytime I walked in the door to bring in a load of decorations...he was right there to help me. He completed every request during our entire event...and believe me, there were many... with a smile.
As a result of your staff inviting some future brides in to see our decorations, I have two new clients for my business. I believe Krista had photos taken for your website.
I am looking forward to working with your staff again on these two new projects!!!
